Mayfair fine wines held a vertical tasting event for Tenuta di Biserno at St. Regis Hotel on 15th May. It was the third time to hold the event after special tastings at Otto e Mezzo Bombana and Chiu Tang restaurant in Hong Kong. We were luckily to have the Owner Mr. Lodovico Antinori, who attended the tasting and introduced the production of Tenuta di Bersino. The vertical tasting guided our honored guests to taste the classified growth and felt the texture of flavor, structure and concentration. The Alba restaurant prepared a lineup of culinary delights paired with Tenuta di Biserno wines, harmonized palate and fascinated sensation. During the event, Mr. Antinori also shared with us the thriving of the winery, gave us advice on the wine. Guests had a special and unforgettable experience.
