A special wine tasting dinner was held at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing by Mayfair Fine Wines, expressing our great appreciation to our clients. The event featured the wine critic Mr. Neal Martin, who shared with us his perspectives on wines and his new book “Pomerol”. Wines produced in 1980s are the classic period of Bordeaux – Pomerol. Mayfair prepared a series of rare vintages for our guests, promoting communications and sharing ideas for classic wines. We also arranged a special wine quiz game, letting guests write diverse questions and Mr. Martin answered them. Mr. Martin is currently working in the “Wine Advocate”magazine and his critisim sometimes affects wine price. At the dinner, he showed a big fan on Le Pin 1985 because the limited edition and outstanding storage condition. Guests were praised for the outstanding Melot wines and enjoyed a memorable experience.
