Château Ausone, located in the St. Emilion, Bordeaux, has recently been recognized as one of the eight prestigious wineries in France. On 29th Nov 2013, Mayfair Fine Wines co-organized with Château Ausone to host an exciting wine dinner at Sheshan Golf Club in Shanghai, with the purpose of appreciation of the long-term support from our honored guests. Ms. Baolin guided us to taste a series of elegant premiums of Château Ausone wines. One of the impressive one was the rare vintage- Chapelle De Ausone 2009, its excellence reflected on the strong structure and complexity of taste, was undoubtedly ranked the Parker scores over 90. Ausone wine has a long period of storage because of too much tannin, Ms. Lin said. 2006 Château Ausone has reached its golden age and it is great vintage with no doubt. The wine dinner received great success and guests looked very forward to our next wine tasting.
