24th May, 2014, Mayfair joined hand with Mr. Bruno Borie from Château Ducru Beaucaillou to host another exclusive vertical tasting of vintages crossing 40 decades at Four Seasons Hotel, Shenzhen – the sixth tasting that we have worked together in the region. This year’s tasting showcased a selection of vintages, including Château Ducru Beaucaillou 1970, 1975, 1982, 1986, 1996, and 2001, that was directly coming from the Chateau. It is special as the Chateau has just finished a series of re-corking of various older vintages. The Four Seasons Shenzhen prepared a lineup of culinary delights specially tailored for the selection of wines as well as created an ambiance that was personalized for this particular tasting. All our honorable guests enjoyed the evening with thoughts shared on understanding of the exquisite provenance of the wines and joyful moments shared with friends.
