Red wall and ancient palace, a terrific night scene of the Forbidden City, stunning wines showcased on the table, dinner tables were well-decorated, an elegant wine tasting dinner was delicately preparing at Janfo Palace, Beijing. It was the first time for Mayfair Fine Wines to host the event with Château Margaux, the prestigious winery producing grand cru. Mayfair was luckily invited the General Manager of Château Margaux -Mr. Paul Pontallier to share the wine experience and brand development with our VIPs. Mr. Pontallier guided our honored guests through the taste sensations, aromas and texture of each wine by vertical tasting of vintages crossing 40 decades. Château Margaux 1966 was a special gift for the event. Guests were well praised by the very fine tannic structure and fitness and enjoyed their favorite Château Margaux wines.
